(Lukman) 31 : 7

Whenever our verses are explained upon him, he turns in arrogance as if he didn’t hear them, and as if his ears have a lid; so inform him glad tidings of painful punishment.

Usually, the arrogant hypocrites do not come to the place where Adhikr is explained in heart’s language. And if they happen to come there to hear, they will depart from there as wild donkeys flee fearing the lion’s roar as told in verse 74: 49-51. Through this verse, the Lord commands to inform painful punishment to such human satan transgressors.
